Universal Rainbow Faith (URF) envisions a world where every LGBTQIA+ individual is spiritually affirmed, legally protected, and joyfully empowered—regardless of geography. We are expanding our sacred message of divine diversity, love, and justice across borders.

📍 Current Focus:

Our Global Ministries Outreach is currently anchored in the United States, with our Headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada at 953 E Sahara Ave. This is the sacred birthplace of our first church, our worship services, and spiritual training initiatives.

💒 Who Can Open a URF Church?

Anyone who:

Aligns with URF’s Core Beliefs & Teachings
Completes ordination training (available digitally)
Commits to safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed leadership
Signs the URF Global Covenant of Sacred Service

You do not need to be cisgender, heterosexual, or religiously trained. We believe in Spirit-led leaders who walk the path of love and liberation.

📣 Mission of Global Outreach:

To bring affirming spiritual homes to marginalized and persecuted communities, to:

Provide name and gender pronoun ceremonies
Offer religious exemption letters for school/workplace protection
Deliver mental/spiritual wellness programming
Celebrate LGBTQIA+ lives, histories, and identities as sacred

Steps to Open a URF Affiliate Church when it becomes available

🌈 Aligns with URF’s Core Beliefs & Teachings

To serve as a spiritual leader within Universal Rainbow Faith (URF), you must embody and teach our foundational truths:

Every identity, orientation, and expression is sacred.
Love is the highest spiritual power.
The body is a divine vessel, and autonomy is holy.
Our community is our sanctuary, and pride is our prayer.
The rainbow is a symbol of divine wholeness, diversity, and transformation.
Religious freedom includes the right to affirm gender and sexual identity as sacred.

💖 Affirmation of Alignment:
You will affirm your understanding and alignment with URF’s 6 Core Beliefs as part of your spiritual training and ordination journey.

📚 Completes Ordination Training (Available Digitally)

URF offers a fully digital Ministerial Training Program which includes:

6-week deep dive into the URF Core Beliefs & Practices
LGBTQIA+ inclusive theology, spirituality, and interfaith literacy
Trauma-informed pastoral care & peer counseling foundations
Ritual creation (naming, weddings, healing, pride ceremonies)
How to provide letters of accommodation and religious exemptions
Livestream ministry, content creation, and outreach tools
Final interview and ordination blessing ceremony

URF ministers agree to uphold a Sacred Code of Ethics rooted in:

Radical compassion
Consent and bodily autonomy
LGBTQIA+ affirmation
Cultural and spiritual humility
Accountability without shame
Nonviolence in language and practice

We require ministers to create spiritual spaces where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated—especially those who have been harmed by traditional religion or society.

🌟 You don’t need to be perfect. You must be willing to learn, grow, and love fiercely.

✍️ Signs the URF Global Covenant of Sacred Service

All ordained URF ministers will sign the Global Covenant of Sacred Service, which affirms:

Your devotion to the mission of URF
Your intent to serve as a safe spiritual guide
Your responsibility to the community you lead
Your agreement to honor the sacred diversity of all people
Your commitment to healing, not harm
